كيفاش تطلب الحذف — How to ask

بعّث لنا رسالة على واتساب +213 652 103 010 ولا اتصل بنا، وقول غير: «نحب تمسحو معلوماتي». لازم تعطينا رقم الهاتف اللي استعملتو في الطلب ولا في بطاقة الوفاء، على خاطر هو الوحيد اللي نلقاو بيه معلوماتك عندنا.

Message us on WhatsApp at +213 652 103 010 (or come to the shop) and say you want your data deleted. Give us the phone number you used to order or to join the loyalty card — it is the only thing that finds your record.

واش يتمسح — What gets deleted

• اسمك ورقم هاتفك من دفتر الزبائن.
• بطاقة الوفاء تاعك ونقاطها والرابط الخاص بيها.
• التقييم والكلام اللي كتبتو على المحل.
• الصوت والرقم اللي خليتو في «نجيبوها؟».
• ربط طلباتك بيك — الطلب روحو يبقى بلا اسم في محاسبة المحل، كيما تقتضيه القوانين.

Your name and phone number in the customer book; your loyalty card, its points and its private link; any shop rating and text you wrote; any vote and phone number you left on a product request. Your past orders stay in the shop's accounting records, but with nothing naming you.

وقتاش — When

في أقل من 30 يوم من طلبك، ونبعثو لك رسالة كي نكمّلو. Within 30 days of your request, and we message you when it is done.

أحداث التصفّح · Browsing events

اللي نسجلوه على التصفّح ما فيهش لا اسم لا رقم لا عنوان IP، فما نقدروش نربطوه بشخص باش نمسحوه وحدو — بصح يتمسح وحدو بعد حوالي 180 يوم.

Browsing events carry no name, phone or IP address, so they cannot be tied to a person in order to be removed one by one — they are deleted automatically after about 180 days.

Our app collects no data about Facebook users: there is no Facebook Login here and we read no one's account. Comments or messages you sent our Page live in Facebook's own systems — you can remove them from your Facebook settings.
