ميزافي (Mizafy) هو متجر للعناية والتجميل في شارع دبي، عين الملح، ولاية المسيلة، الجزائر. هاد الموقع mizafy.com هو المتجر تاعنا على الأنترنت، وmanag.mizafy.com هو النظام الداخلي اللي نسيّرو بيه المحل. هاد الصفحة تشرح واش نجمعو من معلومات كي تزور الموقع ولا تطلب منّا، وواش ندّيرو بيها.
Mizafy is a beauty and personal-care shop in Ain El Melh, M'Sila, Algeria. mizafy.com is our online storefront and manag.mizafy.com is the private system we run the shop with. This page explains what we collect when you visit or order, and what we do with it.
واش نجمعو — What we collect
1. تصفّح الموقع · Browsing
كي تشوف منتج، تقلّب على حاجة، ولا تزيد شي للسلة، نسجلو الحدث بلا ما نعرفو شكون نتا: بلا حساب، بلا رقم هاتف، وبلا عنوان IP. الموقع يعطي جهازك رقم عشوائي باش نفرقو بين الزيارات برك. هاد المعلومات تتمسح وحدها بعد حوالي 180 يوم.
Product views, searches, cart adds and taps on our links are recorded with a random id your browser makes up for itself — no account, no phone number, no IP address and no user agent. These rows are deleted automatically after about 180 days.
2. الطلبات · Orders
كي تدير طلب، نجمعو الاسم ورقم الهاتف وملاحظتك إذا كتبتها، مع المنتجات اللي طلبتها. نستعملوهم باش نحضّرو الطلب ونتصلو بيك، وحتى حاجة أخرى.
An order keeps your name, phone number, any note you write and the items you asked for. We use them to prepare the order and to call you, and for nothing else.
3. بطاقة الوفاء والتقييم · Loyalty and feedback
إذا عندك بطاقة وفاء، الرابط الخاص بيك يوريك نقاطك ومشترياتك. وإذا عطيتنا تقييم للمحل، نحتفظو بالنجوم وبالكلام اللي كتبتو. كي تصوّت على منتج في «نجيبوها؟» نحتفظو بصوت واحد لكل جهاز، ورقم هاتفك يكون اختياري — نستعملوه غير باش نقولولك كي توصل السلعة.
If you have a loyalty card, your private link shows your points and purchases. Shop ratings keep the stars and the text you wrote. A vote on a product we do not stock yet keeps one vote per device, and the phone number there is optional — used only to tell you when it arrives.
4. الكوكيز · Cookies and local storage
نستعملو تخزين المتصفح باش نحفظو السلة تاعك، اللغة، والوضع الليلي. وكي يكون بيكسل ميتا مفعّل، فيسبوك يحط الكوكيز تاعو (_fbp و_fbc) باش يقيس إعلاناتنا.
Browser storage holds your cart, language and dark-mode choice. When the Meta pixel is enabled, Facebook sets its own cookies (_fbp, _fbc) to measure our ads.
واش نبعثو لميتا — What we send to Meta
كي تكمّل طلب، نبعثو لفيسبوك (Meta) حدث «شراء» باش نعرفو واش الإعلان خدم ولا لا. اللي يمشي معاه:
- رقم هاتفك مشفّر بـ SHA-256 — الرقم روحو عمرو ما يخرج من عندنا.
- اسمك الأول مشفّر بنفس الطريقة.
- عنوان IP و«user agent» تاع المتصفح وقت الطلب.
- كوكيز فيسبوك _fbp / _fbc إذا كانو موجودين.
- أرقام المنتجات، المبلغ بالدينار، وعدد القطع.
When an order completes we send Meta a Purchase event so we can tell whether an ad worked. It carries: your phone number hashed with SHA-256 (never the number itself), your first name hashed the same way, the IP address and user agent of that request, Facebook's own _fbp/_fbc cookies when present, the product ids, the value in DZD and the number of items.
ما نبيعو حتى معلومة لحتى واحد، وما نبعثو والو لأي طرف آخر غير هذا. We do not sell your data, and we send it to no third party other than Meta as described above.
تطبيق فيسبوك تاعنا — Our Facebook app
تطبيق «Mizafy» على فيسبوك يخدم للمحل روحو برك: ينشر منشوراتنا وستوري في صفحتنا وحساب الإنستغرام تاعنا، ويسيّر إعلاناتنا. ما كاينش «تسجيل الدخول بفيسبوك» في هاد الموقع، وما نقراو حتى معلومة من حساب أي واحد في فيسبوك. اللي نحتفظو بيه هو معرّف صفحتنا وحساب الإنستغرام تاعنا مع مفاتيح الدخول، محفوظين في خادمنا ويُستعملو غير باش ننشرو ونسيّرو إعلاناتنا.
The «Mizafy» Facebook app is used by the shop, for the shop: it publishes our own posts and stories to our own Page and Instagram account, and manages our own ads. There is no Facebook Login on this site and we read no data from anyone's Facebook account. What we store is our own Page and Instagram ids and their access tokens, kept on our server and used only to publish and to manage our advertising.
شحال نحتفظو بيها — How long we keep it
- أحداث التصفّح: حوالي 180 يوم ومن بعد تتمسح وحدها.
- الطلبات والفواتير: مع سجلات المحل، كيما تقتضيه المحاسبة.
- بطاقة الوفاء والنقاط: حتى تطلب منّا نمسحوهم.
Browsing events: about 180 days, then deleted automatically. Orders and receipts: with the shop's records, as accounting requires. Loyalty data: until you ask us to delete it.

تقدر تطلب نوريوك واش عندنا عليك، تصلّحو، ولا تمسحو كامل. الطريقة موضحة في صفحة حذف البيانات، ولا بعّث لنا رسالة على واتساب +213 652 103 010.

الأطفال · Children
هاد الموقع موجّه للكبار. ما نجمعوش معلومات عن قصد من الأطفال أقل من 16 سنة. This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
التغييرات · Changes
إذا بدّلنا شي في هاد السياسة نحدّثو التاريخ اللي فوق. If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
