كي تدير طلب من هاد الموقع، الطلب يوصلنا كـطلب ماشي كبيعة مكمّلة: نتصلو بيك على الهاتف باش نأكّدو المنتجات، السعر والتوصيل. الطلب يولّي بيعة غير كي نأكّدوه معاك.

An order placed here reaches us as a request, not a completed sale. We call you to confirm the items, the price and the delivery. It becomes a sale when we confirm it with you.

الأسعار والتوفّر · Prices and availability

الأسعار بالدينار الجزائري وتشمل ما هو معروض في الصفحة. نحاولو نخليو المخزون صحيح، بصح ممكن منتج يكمّل قبل ما نأكّدو الطلب — في هاد الحالة نقولولك ونقترحو بديل.

Prices are in Algerian dinars. We keep stock as accurate as we can, but an item can run out before we confirm your order — we will tell you and offer an alternative.

التوصيل والإرجاع · Delivery and returns

التوصيل يتفق عليه وقت التأكيد. إذا وصلك منتج معطوب ولا غالط، اتصل بنا في أقرب وقت ونصلّحوها — إمّا بالتبديل ولا بردّ الفلوس.

Delivery is agreed when we confirm the order. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us as soon as you can and we will make it right — a replacement or your money back.

بطاقة الوفاء · Loyalty card

النقاط تتجمع على مشترياتك في المحل وتتصرف عند المحل. ما عندهاش قيمة نقدية خارج المحل، وما تتباعش ولا تتحوّل لشخص آخر.

Points are earned on purchases and spent in the shop. They have no cash value outside it and cannot be sold or transferred.

استعمال الموقع · Using this site

الصور والأوصاف ملك المحل ومورديه. ما تستعملش الموقع باش تدير طلبات كاذبة ولا باش تسحب المحتوى آلياً. نقدرو نوقفو أي طلب واضح بلي ماشي جدّي.

Photos and descriptions belong to the shop and its suppliers. Do not use the site to place false orders or to scrape it automatically. We may refuse any order that is plainly not genuine.
